Booking Cancellation Policy for Northern Beaches Pet Taxi
Cancellation Notice
Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs before the scheduled pick-up time, to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made more than 24hrs in advance : No cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellations made less than 24hrs before the scheduled pick-up: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare will be charged.

No-shows: If you fail to show up with your animal/pet for the scheduled service without prior notice, you will be charged the full fare.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your animal/pet's booking without penalty, providing the reschedule request is made at least 24hrs before the original pick-up time.
Weather-Related Cancellations
In the event of severe weather conditions that affect the safe travel of our driver and your pet/animal, Northern Beaches Pet Taxi reserves the right to cancel the booking. No cancellation fees will be incurred and you will be notified of the cancellation as soon as possible.
Refunds
If a cancellation fee applies, it will be deducted from any pre-paid amounts. The remaining balance will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
